RANUMI Subscription and Cancellation Policy
Last updated: 5 September 2026
Some products on ranumi.com may be available as a subscription, pre-order or, where specifically offered, on a try-before-you-buy basis.
This policy explains how these types of purchases can be changed or cancelled.
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory consumer rights or any additional rights provided under our Refund Policy.
Subscriptions
When you purchase a subscription, you will receive repeat deliveries based on the delivery frequency you select when placing your order.
The price, frequency and other important details of your subscription will be shown before you complete your purchase.
Subscription payments
Unless you choose and pay for a prepaid subscription, your selected payment method will be charged automatically for each recurring order.
Your payment information is processed securely by our payment providers. RANUMI does not store your full card details.
The amount charged will be based on the subscription price and any applicable delivery charges shown to you when you subscribe, subject to any changes that are communicated to you in accordance with applicable law.
Automatic renewal
Subscriptions continue and renew automatically at the selected frequency until you cancel them, unless the subscription is expressly sold as having a fixed duration.
You are not required to continue your subscription for a minimum period unless a minimum commitment is clearly stated before you purchase.
Cancelling your subscription
You can cancel your subscription at any time without a cancellation fee.
You can normally manage or cancel your subscription through the subscription management link provided in your order or subscription confirmation emails.
If you are unable to access your subscription account, contact us at:
Cancelling your subscription prevents future recurring orders from being processed.
If a recurring order has already been processed, charged or entered fulfilment before you cancel, cancelling the subscription will not necessarily cancel that individual order.
Please contact us as soon as possible if you also want to cancel an order that has already been created. If it cannot be stopped before dispatch, your rights under our Refund Policy and applicable consumer law will still apply.
Changing your subscription
Where available, you may be able to change:
-
Your delivery frequency
-
Your next delivery date
-
Your delivery address
-
The quantity ordered
-
The products included in your subscription
-
Your payment method
Available options will be shown in your subscription management account.
Changes should be made before your next order is processed. Changes made after an order has already been created may apply from the following subscription cycle.
Pausing or skipping a delivery
Where our subscription service provides this functionality, you may be able to pause your subscription or skip an upcoming delivery without cancelling your subscription completely.
Any available options and applicable deadlines will be shown in your subscription management account.
Subscription refunds and returns
Cancelling a subscription stops future subscription orders. It does not automatically create a refund for products that have already been delivered.
Returns and refunds for individual subscription orders are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy.
Eligible purchases may also qualify for our separate 15-day 100% Money-Back Guarantee.
Pre-Orders
From time to time, we may allow you to pre-order a product before it is available for immediate dispatch.
The product page or checkout will make clear that the product is being sold as a pre-order and will provide an estimated availability or dispatch period where possible.
Pre-order payments
Depending on the particular pre-order, we may:
-
Take full payment when the order is placed
-
Take a partial deposit and charge the remaining amount later
-
Authorise or securely store a payment method for a later charge
The applicable payment arrangement will be shown before you complete the pre-order.
Cancelling a pre-order
You may contact us to cancel a pre-order before it has been fulfilled or dispatched.

If payment has already been taken for a pre-order that is validly cancelled before fulfilment, we will refund the amount due to you using your original payment method.
Where only a deposit or partial payment has been taken, we will refund any amount that is refundable under the terms presented when you placed the pre-order and applicable consumer law.
We will not impose an unreasonable cancellation charge or retain payment for goods that we do not supply where you are legally entitled to a refund.
Pre-order delays
Any expected release, availability or dispatch date provided for a pre-order is an estimate unless expressly stated otherwise.
If there is a material delay, we will provide updated information where reasonably possible.
If we are unable to fulfil your pre-order, we will cancel it and refund any amount you have paid for the affected product.
Your statutory rights regarding delayed delivery are unaffected.
After a pre-order has been dispatched
Once a pre-order has entered fulfilment or been dispatched, we may be unable to stop the shipment.
You may still have cancellation, return or refund rights under our Refund Policy and applicable consumer law.
Try Before You Buy
We may occasionally offer selected products on a try-before-you-buy basis.
This section only applies where a product is specifically advertised as being available under a try-before-you-buy arrangement.
Before you place the order, we will tell you:
-
How long the trial period lasts
-
The amount you will be charged if you keep the product
-
When payment will be taken
-
How to return or cancel the product
-
Any conditions that apply to the trial
Payment authorisation
When you place a try-before-you-buy order, we may authorise your payment method before dispatching the product.
An authorisation may temporarily reserve funds or verify that your payment method is valid without immediately taking the full payment.
Trial period
You will have the period stated when you place your order to decide whether to keep the product.
If you decide not to keep it, you must follow the return or cancellation instructions provided with the offer before the stated deadline.
Charging your payment method
If you do not validly return or cancel the product within the stated trial period, we may charge the payment method you provided for the amount disclosed when you placed the order.
We will not charge you an amount that was not clearly disclosed before you entered into the try-before-you-buy arrangement.
Statutory Cancellation Rights
Depending on the type of purchase and the circumstances, you may have additional cancellation rights under UK consumer law.
For many goods purchased online, consumers have a statutory period in which they may cancel the purchase after receiving the goods.
Legal exceptions may apply to certain types of products or where particular goods have been opened or used.
These rights are separate from:
-
Our 30-day returns policy
-
Our 15-day 100% Money-Back Guarantee
-
Your right to cancel future subscription renewals
Nothing in this policy limits any statutory rights available to you.
Please see our Refund Policy for further information about returns and refunds.
Changes to this Policy
We may update this policy from time to time to reflect changes to our subscription services, pre-order arrangements, website functionality or applicable law.
Any change will apply from the date the updated policy is published and will not remove rights that already apply to an existing purchase.
