RANUMI Terms of Service

Last updated: 5 September 2026

1. About these Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of ranumi.com and any purchases you make from us.

The website and store are operated by Ranumi Ltd, referred to in these Terms as "RANUMI", "we", "us" or "our".

Ranumi Ltd is registered in England and Wales under company number 16849368.

Our correspondence address is:

Ranumi Ltd
Pantiles
Lyndale
London
NW2 2NY
United Kingdom

You can contact us at accounts@ranumi.com.

Our store is powered by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform that enables us to offer our products and services online.

By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and any other policies that apply to your purchase, including our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy.

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

2. Using our website

You may use our website only for lawful purposes.

You must not:

  • Use the website for fraudulent or unlawful activity

  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our website, systems or customer accounts

  • Introduce viruses, malware or other harmful technology

  • Interfere with the operation or security of the website

  • Scrape or systematically extract content or data from the website without our permission

  • Impersonate another person or provide deliberately false information

  • Use our intellectual property without permission

  • Use the website in a way that infringes the rights of another person

We may restrict or suspend access where we reasonably believe the website is being misused or where this is necessary to protect our customers, systems or business.

3. Age and product eligibility

RANUMI Nightlife Recovery is intended for adults aged 18 or over.

By purchasing RANUMI Nightlife Recovery, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.

You are responsible for ensuring that the products you purchase are appropriate for you and are used in accordance with the instructions provided on the product, packaging and website.

4. Product information

We take reasonable care to ensure that product descriptions, images, ingredients, pricing and other information displayed on our website are accurate.

However, packaging, product appearance or other minor details may occasionally vary from website images, particularly where packaging or product designs are updated.

Colours may also appear differently depending on your screen or device.

We may update product descriptions, packaging, formulations, availability or other product information where reasonably necessary, but any product supplied to you will conform to the description applicable when your order was placed.

We may discontinue products or restrict quantities available for purchase at any time before an order is accepted.

Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights where goods are faulty, not as described, not of satisfactory quality or otherwise fail to meet the requirements of applicable consumer law.

5. Food supplement information

RANUMI Nightlife Recovery is a food supplement.

Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and healthy lifestyle.

You should follow the usage instructions shown on the product and must not exceed the recommended daily intake.

Our products and information are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or medical condition.

Information provided on our website, packaging, social media or marketing materials is for general product information only and should not be treated as medical advice.

If you have a medical condition, take medication or have concerns about whether a product is suitable for you, you should seek appropriate professional advice before use.

Our Nightlife Recovery product is not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding.

Individual experiences with food supplements vary. We do not guarantee that every person will experience the same results.

Your rights under our separate 15-day 100% Money-Back Guarantee are explained below and in our Refund Policy.

6. Orders

When you submit an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase the products in your basket.

Receiving an automated order acknowledgement does not necessarily mean that we have accepted your order.

A contract between you and RANUMI is formed when we accept your order and confirm that it is being processed or dispatched.

We may refuse or cancel an order before acceptance where reasonably necessary, including where:

  • A product is unavailable

  • There is an obvious pricing or website error

  • We cannot authorise or verify payment

  • We reasonably suspect fraud or misuse

  • Delivery to the address provided is not possible

  • The order breaches an applicable purchase restriction

If we cancel an order after taking payment, we will refund the relevant amount.

Please review your order carefully before submitting it.

If you need to change or cancel an order, contact accounts@ranumi.com as soon as possible. We will try to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee that an order can be changed once processing or fulfilment has started.

7. Prices and payment

Prices shown on our website are the prices applicable at the time you place your order, subject to correction of obvious errors.

Any applicable delivery charges will be displayed before you complete your purchase.

Payment must be made using one of the payment methods offered during checkout.

Payment services may be provided by Shopify Payments and other third-party payment providers.

We do not receive or store your full payment card details.

We may change our prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders that we have already accepted.

8. Discounts, offers and promotions

We may offer discounts, promotional codes, gifts, bundles or other promotions from time to time.

Promotions may:

  • Be available for a limited period

  • Apply only to specified products

  • Require a minimum purchase

  • Be limited to one use per customer

  • Exclude certain products or combinations

  • Be subject to additional terms disclosed with the promotion

Unless we expressly state otherwise, promotional codes cannot be exchanged for cash.

Where a promotion has separate terms, those terms apply alongside these Terms.

We may refuse or cancel use of a promotional code where we reasonably believe it has been obtained, distributed or used fraudulently or contrary to its stated conditions.

9. Shipping and delivery

Delivery methods, estimated delivery times and applicable charges are displayed at checkout.

Delivery times are estimates unless we expressly agree a guaranteed delivery date.

We will take reasonable steps to deliver your order within the estimated timeframe.

Where no specific delivery period has been agreed, we will deliver without undue delay and within the period required by applicable consumer law.

We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances genuinely outside our reasonable control, but this does not remove any rights you may have under consumer law where delivery is materially delayed.

Risk during delivery

For consumer orders, the goods remain at our risk until they come into your physical possession or the physical possession of a person you have identified to receive them.

An exception may apply where you independently arrange your own carrier and that carrier was not offered by us.

If tracking shows that an order has been delivered but you have not received it, contact us as soon as possible at accounts@ranumi.com so that we can investigate.

10. Returns and statutory cancellation rights

Your purchases are subject to our Refund Policy.

For eligible purchases, we voluntarily offer a 30-day returns policy.

This is in addition to, and does not replace, any cancellation or return rights you have under applicable consumer law.

For many purchases made online, UK consumers have a statutory right to cancel within 14 days after receiving the goods, subject to applicable legal exceptions.

Where the statutory cancellation right applies and is exercised correctly, we will provide the refund required by law, including any standard outbound delivery charge that must legally be refunded.

Different rules may apply to products that have been opened, used or are exempt from statutory cancellation rights.

Please see our Refund Policy for instructions on requesting a return.

Nothing in our Refund Policy or these Terms limits your rights where goods are faulty, damaged, not as described or otherwise fail to meet applicable legal standards.

11. 15-day 100% Money-Back Guarantee

In addition to your statutory rights and our standard returns policy, eligible RANUMI purchases are covered by our 15-day 100% Money-Back Guarantee.

If you try the product and find that it does not agree with you or you are not satisfied with your experience, you may request a refund of the price paid for the product within 15 days of purchase.

To request a refund under the guarantee, contact accounts@ranumi.com and provide your order details.

The guarantee covers the amount paid for the eligible product.

Original shipping and delivery charges are not refunded under the voluntary 15-day Money-Back Guarantee.

This shipping exclusion applies only to our additional voluntary guarantee. It does not remove any right you may have to a refund of delivery charges under applicable consumer law, including where you exercise a statutory cancellation right.

The Money-Back Guarantee does not affect your statutory rights.

Further details are set out in our Refund Policy.

12. Faulty, damaged or incorrect products

Please inspect your order when it arrives.

If a product is damaged, defective, incorrect or otherwise not as described, contact us at accounts@ranumi.com with your order information and details of the problem.

Where you have a legal right to a repair, replacement, refund or other remedy, these Terms do not restrict that right.

Goods supplied to consumers must be as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for their intended purpose where required by law.

13. Intellectual property

The content of the RANUMI website, including our branding, product names, logos, graphics, packaging designs, photographs, videos, text, layouts and other materials, is owned by or licensed to Ranumi Ltd unless otherwise stated.

These materials may be protected by copyright, trademark, design rights and other intellectual property laws.

You may access and use our website for your own personal, non-commercial use.

You must not reproduce, distribute, commercially exploit, modify or republish our protected material without our prior written permission, except where the law expressly permits you to do so.

Nothing on our website grants you ownership of any RANUMI intellectual property.

Any third-party names, logos or trademarks displayed on our website remain the property of their respective owners.

14. Reviews, feedback and user content

If you submit a review, photograph, comment, suggestion or other content directly to us, you confirm that:

  • You have the right to submit it

  • It is truthful to the best of your knowledge

  • It does not infringe another person's rights

  • It is not unlawful, defamatory, threatening or abusive

  • Any incentive or compensation connected with the submission has been appropriately disclosed

Where you voluntarily provide content for publication, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to reproduce, display and use that content for purposes connected with operating, improving and promoting RANUMI.

You retain ownership of any rights you already hold in that content.

Where reviews are submitted through a third-party review provider such as Trustpilot, the provider's own terms may also apply.

15. Third-party tools and services

Our website may use or provide access to services operated by third parties, including payment providers, review platforms, marketing tools and other ecommerce services.

Use of those services may also be governed by the relevant provider's terms and privacy policies.

We are not responsible for the independent operation of third-party services where they are outside our reasonable control.

Nothing in this section excludes any responsibility that we are legally required to accept.

16. Third-party links

Our website may contain links to websites operated by third parties.

These links are provided for convenience or information.

We do not control third-party websites and are not responsible for their content, availability, products, services or privacy practices.

You should review the relevant third party's terms and policies before making a purchase or providing personal information.

17. Relationship with Shopify

Our store is powered by Shopify.

Shopify provides the ecommerce infrastructure that allows us to operate the website, checkout and related store functionality.

Any purchase of RANUMI products through our store is made from Ranumi Ltd, not Shopify.

RANUMI is responsible for the products we sell, fulfilment of your order and our obligations to you as the retailer.

Shopify may separately process personal information in connection with its platform as explained in our Privacy Policy and Shopify's own privacy documentation.

Nothing in this section affects any legal rights you may have against RANUMI, Shopify or another party under applicable law.

18. Privacy

We process personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Our Privacy Policy explains:

  • What personal information we collect

  • Why we use it

  • Our lawful bases for processing

  • Who we share information with

  • How marketing and website tracking work

  • Your data protection rights

  • How to contact us about your information

Because our store is hosted by Shopify, certain personal information is also processed by Shopify to provide its ecommerce services.

Please read our Privacy Policy alongside these Terms.

19. Errors and inaccuracies

We take reasonable care to keep website information accurate.

Occasionally, however, our website may contain typographical errors, incorrect pricing, availability errors or other inaccuracies.

Where we discover an obvious error before accepting an order, we may correct the error and give you the opportunity to place the order using the correct information.

If we have already accepted an order and an error affects your legal rights or our ability to fulfil the contract, we will contact you and deal with the matter in accordance with applicable law.

20. Availability of the website

We aim to keep our website available and functioning correctly.

We do not guarantee that the website will always be uninterrupted or error-free.

We may temporarily suspend access for maintenance, security, technical issues or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

This does not affect any contract for products that we have already accepted or any statutory rights you have in connection with an order.

21. Our responsibility to you

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful.

In particular, nothing in these Terms excludes or restricts our liability for:

  • Death or personal injury caused by our negligence

  • Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation

  • Liability for defective products where it cannot legally be excluded

  • Your statutory rights as a consumer

  • Any other liability that cannot legally be excluded or restricted

If we breach these Terms, we are responsible for loss or damage that is a foreseeable result of our breach or our failure to use reasonable care and skill.

Loss or damage is foreseeable where it was obvious that it would happen or where both you and we knew when the contract was formed that it might happen.

If you are purchasing as a consumer, we supply products for private and domestic use.

We are not responsible for business losses, including loss of profit, loss of revenue, loss of business opportunity or business interruption, where you use a product for commercial purposes outside the scope of a consumer purchase.

Nothing in this section reduces any protection you have under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or other applicable law.

22. Events outside our reasonable control

We are not responsible for a failure or delay in performing our obligations where this is caused by an event genuinely outside our reasonable control.

Examples may include severe weather, natural disasters, widespread transport disruption, failures of essential infrastructure, industrial action affecting third parties or government restrictions.

If such an event materially affects an order, we will take reasonable steps to minimise the impact and will contact you where appropriate.

Your statutory rights remain unaffected.

23. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to:

  • Our business or services

  • Our website

  • Applicable law or regulation

  • Our suppliers or technology

  • The way we sell our products

Changes will apply from the date the updated Terms are published.

Changes will not retrospectively alter the terms of a purchase we have already accepted unless the change is required by law or you agree to it.

The date at the top of this page shows when these Terms were last updated.

24. Severability

If any part of these Terms is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply.

The affected provision will apply only to the maximum extent permitted by law.

25. No waiver

If we do not immediately enforce a right under these Terms, that does not mean we have waived that right.

Any waiver must be clear and applies only to the specific circumstances in which it is given.

26. Transfer of these Terms

You may not transfer your rights or obligations under a purchase contract to another person without our agreement, except where applicable law allows you to do so.

We may transfer our rights or obligations to another organisation where this is connected with a sale, restructuring or transfer of our business, provided that doing so does not reduce your rights under the contract.

27. Governing law and disputes

These Terms and contracts between you and RANUMI are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

If you are a consumer, this choice of law does not deprive you of any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you under the law of the country in which you normally live.

If you live in England or Wales, legal proceedings relating to these Terms may be brought in the courts of England and Wales.

If you live elsewhere in the United Kingdom or another jurisdiction, you may also have the right to bring proceedings in the courts available to you under applicable consumer law.

We encourage you to contact us first if you have a problem so that we can try to resolve it.
